Beginning with our initial contact with our salesman Bob we couldn't have been happier. Bob was the most knowledgeable salesman we had encountered. The process of ordering our unit was a complete joy. So much so, we drove from California to Michigan to pick the unit up. 2200 miles one way. Michael in service was great to address and correct our concerns on delivery. In 2004 I purchased a Wildwood travel trailer from Lakeshore RV. Well, I am back 7 years later purchasing a Hornet trailer. I especially want to thank Jim Logan for his respectful service. I did not want to spend more than 20K, so I had between 15-20K to work with. He proceeded to show me some trailers on the lot. I never felt Jim was trying to sell me something I couldn't afford or out of my price range. For this reason I will come back again and again. The service staff were on the ball. We were able to make this transaction and sale happen same day. I am by now on the road heading back to Anchorage Alaska, which is 3,205 miles from door to door. I know my wife and 3 boys are going to be pleased and excited to do some serious camping. Again, thank you.

We have shopped for over a year for the right camper. We went to shows, looked at many used, and shopped locally. I did a search on EBay for the model we wanted and Lakeshore RV came up. I was apprehensive about driving 8 hours to buy but after talking to Jeff I made the trip. I am new to RV-ing. I did some research on the brand trailer desired, put the part into google search engine and came upon the fine folks at Lakeshore RV. It was economical sense to buy new vs used and the experience was painless, mainly due to the straight-forward approach of Lakeshore RV's professional staff. Lakeshore RV and Bob Woodard and all the other folks at the dealership are all excellent to work with. They were much more professional than my local dealership, and there price was best by far. They did everything they agreed to without a problem. It was an enjoyable experience. It was worth the trip from Arizona.

The pricing and service were all well worth our traveling to Michigan from Minnesota to purchase our Montana . we had a dealership in our local area and there pricing was much higher. Bob did a great job walking us through the purchase. We drove all the way from Braselton, Georgia for our new 5th wheel, and it was well worth the 850 mile drive. Everything was explained by bob and just as he described. An awesome lot covered with trailers and rv’s was a wonderful 1st impression when we rolled into the lot, but this was is a small thing compared to the staff what courteous and professional staff. This is our 1st camper and with no prior experience, I left the dealership I left with a wealth of knowledge and information. I watched these guys quickly and meticulously install accessories I had purchased. Michael, Scotty and David were the highlights in the service department. This by the way is huge place with equipment to build a b52. We had the best sales person named Marci Neel. In short, I wouldn’t have done this any other way. In fact I didn’t think that we could expect that much. I think we were spoiled. A great company
